He also specializes in complex reconstruction such as digit and extremity replantation, rheumatoid arthritis reconstruction, congenital and complex pediatric upper extremity reconstruction, tissue transfer, and upper extremity joint replacement. Nonoperative treatment is often offered when applicable, such as casting, injections, and medication, and particular care is taken to inform patients of the spectrum of options available for treatment of their presenting symptoms.
