Purpose: To make available newly developed pharmaceutical medications and medical devices to our patients, and to monitor and assess the outcome of the medical care we provide to our patients.
General Information: We partner with drug and device companies to perform studies examining effectiveness of new implants and medications. Research studies such as these complement the care of our patients by enhancing a different option and help to find a more effective medication.
Research Staff: The research department staff has a combination of 5 years of research experience in many different indications. They work closely with the physicians in assuring that the trials are performed with the highest of patient care and quality.
Types of trials performed: The focus of our clinical trial department is on musculoskeletal research, to include:
• Outcome monitoring of scoliosis patients
• Osteoporosis
• Arthritis (Both Rheumatoid and Osteo)
• Post Operative Hip and Knee Replacement Therapy to Prevent Blood Clots
• Pediatric Cerebral Palsy
