Northwest Spine Care is a programatic relationship between Intermountain Orthopaedics, Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Hospital, Idaho Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Mike McClay, PhD., an independent psychiatrist. It is an interdisciplinary program where the experience and training of Physical Therapists, Spine Orthopods, Psychiatrists, and Physiatrists are combined to treat back conditions.
